The Foundations
Building a strong platform
You are only as strong as your weakest link (or movement pattern). The goal from the assessment through to the training process is to identify your weakest links, integrate activation exercises and create your individual route to build a body that can live up to your performance and more.
In many gyms you are encouraged to push through movements “as fast as you can” for “as many reps as possible”. It is important for you to know that doing this, with the incorrect form and technique will only bias the already inefficient patterns you have, which leads to more aches and more pains.

How I work
What to expect
When you do personal training with me, I am teaching and educating you through good strong exercise techniques using the correct muscle groups and patterns. This will enable you to do high intensity exercises more efficiently and it will reduce your chance of injury.
Learning how you move as an individual gives you the TOOLS to minimise your imbalances and improve your strength, allowing you to do more inside and outside of the gym with confidence.
