6 session package focussed on eliminating pain whilst building mobility and strength that lasts.
This is why I assess the whole body and not just the area of your pain. I do this so I can analyse and treat you as an individual, taking into account your injury history, lifestyle and how your body interacts with movement. We can then use the findings and my knowledge of how the body moves and integrates using bones, joints and soft tissue (fascia, muscles, ligaments and tendons); to create a holistic blueprint that is perfectly tailored for you, that treats the source of your pain and not just your symptoms.

What You Can Expect
Exercise Physiology (EP) Initial Consultation
The first session will be an extensive assessment process to fully understand your current state, considering and observing elements such as your injury history, exercise and sporting history, resting and dynamic postures and how your whole body interacts with movement. We can then start to design your individual blueprint for pain free movement.
EP Follow Up
You will have five more 45 minute Exercise Physiology sessions spaced out fortnightly so you can work on the movement progressions given in each session with ongoing support via email and voxer.
Exercise Prescription Program and Anatomy in motion (AIM) wedges
Upon completion of the Blueprint package you will receive a custom and individualised exercise program with the tools you will need for you to use moving forward to support your body long term.
Understanding the root cause allows me to put together a holistic and individualised movement program to transform my clients bodies.

My mission is to ensure you get as much value out of our sessions as possible, so having this information allows me to do preparation work before I see you. Your session will begin with a list of targeted questions based upon your answers and we can jump right in. I don’t want you to waste half your session, with you telling me the basics.
