Hello, I'm Jon Latimer and I'm the owner and founder of The MAP Movement.
I know firsthand what it is like to feel pain, feel frustrated and be held back due to injuries then lose hope when the cookie cutter approaches and exercises from health practitioners just aren’t working and nothing is improving. Once ‘healed’ then fearing a reoccurrence of pain and injury and living hyper-vigilantly.

What you get from me
I am passionate about creating a world where pain is treated holistically and I have spent over a decade researching and supporting people through the power of movement. As an exercise physiologist and personal trainer, I am fascinated by finding the “WHY” the true root cause.
I am never satisfied by just treating the site of pain but focus my attention on discovering the origin of the problem that leads to the pain. This has led me to exploring and proving with hundreds of clients PAIN FREE movement.
Understanding the root cause allows me to put together a holistic and individualised movement program to transform my clients bodies.

Understanding the root cause allows me to put together a holistic and individualised movement program (blueprint) to transform my clients bodies. I do this by taking my client through an extensive assessment process to fully understand their current state, considering and observing elements such as their injury history, exercise and sporting history, resting and dynamic postures and how they’re whole body interacts with movement.
Together we’ll work towards a holistic, practical, supportive and down-to-earth approach to transform your body.
